2023 Inspiration Texas Annual Oktoberfest
Inspiration Texas, a Huffines Signature Community, was excited to host the annual Oktoberfest celebration on October 13th, 2023. There were activities for all ages, including pumpkin picking, bounce rides, games for the kids, DJ and a “Tap Truck” with 6 beer options. Oktoberfest was a great opportunity for residents to get together at Club Inspiration to kick off the fall weather!
The Inspiration Oktoberfest featured a pumpkin patch where residents could pick their own pumpkins, either to put out on their porch or carve! Residents walked around finding their favorite pumpkin to take home with them. Surrounding the pumpkin patch there was fall décor, leaving for great photo opportunities.
There were a variety of bounce rides for the kids to enjoy. The kids loved bouncing around in the inflatables and playing the different games. There were potato sack races, an obstacle course, archery, football tosses, having great entertainment for all.
Not only were the kids entertained, but so were the adults. The “Tap Truck” was a big hit at the Oktoberfest celebration. The Tap Truck served up a variety of beers! The beer was cold and refreshing, a perfect way to cool down on a hot day.
With vibrant music from the DJ, the Inspiration Oktoberfest was a great success! There was something for everyone to enjoy, and everyone had a wonderful time celebrating this traditional German festival.
